Onyx Raven Carving on Raw Gemstone Base

This spectacular raven was carved from a single piece of black onyx and rests on a raw gemstone base. In mythology, ravens are known as the Keeper of Secrets and the messenger between heaven and earth, the dead and the living, and man and gods. The raven stands for magic, self-knowledge, and healing. They are often seen as a symbol of transformation. Hand carved by master artisans in Peru. One of a kind, approximately 10" high and 4" wide. Raven is 9" long from beak to tail.
