Electric Marine Bow Light

This is a spade mount 180 degree electric bow light designed for Class 3 vessels. The clear Fresnel lens is embossed “Perkins Class No. 3” associated with the historic Perkins Marine Lamp Corp., Brooklyn, NY, later known as Perko. Designed to provide forward facing illumination, the lamp features a substantial cast metal housing with remnants of its original chrome plating and its electric socket. It is believed to date from the early to mid-20th century. The lamp is in good condition with an attractive patina. There are a few minor chips to the lower ribs of the lens. 6” H x 5” W x 4" D x 2.5” D
