Folk Art Octopus

This handcrafted piece was created from a reclamed copper body mounted on a plywood base with rubber eyes and relaimed sheet metal tentacles. This is a very unique piece! One of a kind. Made on Cape Cod. By elevating recycling to an art form, master craftsman Ken Stevens has perfected the art of incorporating locally found worn, weathered and discarded nautical, architectural and natural elements into whimsical sculptures. Last one! Artist has now retired. Artist's mark on reverse. Ready for hanging. 18-3/4" high x 14-1/2" wide.
